This 24 storey tower, never built, was a first prize of a restricted architectural competition in 2002. The concept responds to the will of differentiating both vertical bodies, the feminine shaped one, containing the Hotel, leisure, entertainment and sports functions; and the masculine, that allocates offices and administration of the firm.
Between them, a needle-shaped glass splint, containing staircases and elevators. On top, the private residence of the owner, Mr Y. Dogmoch.
