Two main facts determine this project: the existence of a fixed three meter thick stone wall, and the severe regulation that limits the total building height to two levels.
Therefore this edifice is organized in three packages of two levels each that spread along the mountainside piercing through the existing dense granite wall.
This volumetric display generates continuous terraces in the different levels that, clad in white polished marble, conform a prism whose facets repeal the intense solar radiation common in these southern territories.
