This project, developed by our office to a conceptual design level in joint venture with Alvaro de Luna Architects, is situated in front of a high density highway.
This fact obliged us to provide the building with a broad glazed façade that houses the horizontal circulation, and behaves as a soundproofing screen.
The opposed façade opens to the sea, generating large terraces and porches.
